How do I book a session?

You can book an appointment directly from our website or reach out via WhatsApp for guidance. We offer a free 10–15 minute clarity call to understand your needs and ensure the right therapist fit for you.

What is the fee for a session? Do you offer packages?

A single session is ₹2000. We also offer discounted packages:

  • 3 sessions at ₹5400 (10% off)
  • 5 sessions at ₹8500 (15% off) We believe therapy should be accessible

Do you provide pro bono therapy if someone has financial constraints ?

How long is a therapy session?

Each session typically lasts 50-60 minutes. This allows us to go deep while also giving you space to reflect and integrate between sessions.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our practice. What you share stays between you and your therapist, unless there’s a legal or safety concern that requires intervention.

I’ve never been to therapy before. What should I expect?

Expect a warm, non-judgmental space where you’re heard, not fixed. Your therapist will guide you at your pace — there is no pressure to talk about anything you’re not ready for.

Do you offer online or in-person sessions?

We offer online therapy via secure video calls, making it accessible wherever you are. Currently, In-person sessions are offered in Noida location only.

How often should I come for therapy?

It depends on your needs. Most clients start with weekly sessions, and later shift to bi-weekly or monthly check-ins. Your therapist will collaboratively help decide what works best for you.

Do you work with LGBTQIA+ clients?
