Founder's journey

Meet Arjun — Your Therapist, Not Just in Qualification but in Spirit

From a Conventional Life to a Conscious Calling

Like many of you, I began life on a road that looked ‘right’ from the outside — filled with goals, promotions, and external achievements. I come from a middle-class family, raised by a single mother after the early loss of my father. That taught me resilience early. It also taught me that emotional survival is very different from emotional health. I built a career in Corporate Banking for over a decade and led teams. But as I checked every box of success, I felt a quiet emptiness — like I had traded meaning for milestones.

Something in me knew: this wasn’t it.

Choosing Meaning Over Metrics

I stepped away from a thriving corporate life to return to something deeper — the human stories around me and what drives them. I pursued my second master’s degree in Psychology not just for a credential, but to finally align with the part of me that wanted to help people transform, not just perform. Today, my work is about offering therapy that evolves with you. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship wounds, grief, or just feeling lost — I offer a space that is grounded in science but led by empathy.

My Approach

I am trained and certified in:

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) — by Dr. Steven Hayes, the founder of ACT in world.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — trained at the Beck Institute, one of the world’s leading centers for CBT.

  • EMDR Therapy — for trauma and emotional processing with Dr. Krishna N Sharma.

I don’t believe in applying textbook models blindly. I believe in adapting psychological approach to who you are, not the other way around.

My guiding principle is simple:
"First, do no harm. Then, hold the space. Then, see the unique you and accordingly work along with you."

Why I Do This Work

Therapy should never feel clinical, rushed, or cold. It should feel like someone finally sees you — not as broken, but as becoming. I’ve worked with people who thought they had no language for their pain. People who believed they had to “fix themselves” before seeking help. People like you — curious, self-aware, struggling, and still standing. If you're seeking a therapist who listens without judgment, evolves with you, and honors your uniqueness — you’re in the right place.
