I am a UGC-NET qualified counselling psychologist and PhD scholar with over three years of experience working with individuals, schools, and organisations across India. My work sits at the intersection of psychology, education, and culture — and I bring that breadth into every therapeutic relationship.
I trained in Applied Psychology and have worked across school and organisational settings. I offer individual counselling for adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity concerns, relationship stress, and meaning-making, and work with educational institutions on student wellbeing and with nonprofits on facilitator development and organisational capacity building.
My therapeutic orientation is humanistic and existential at its core — I draw on Viktor Frankl’s logotherapy and existential psychology, alongside evidence-based approaches including CBT and strengths-based work. I believe that healing happens in relationship, and I strive to offer a space that is warm, non-judgmental, and genuinely curious about your experience.
I am also a published contributor to a SCERT Delhi educational handbook (2025) and have presented research integrating Vedantic principles with contemporary psychological frameworks. I bring this cultural sensitivity into my practice — honouring the Indian lived experience as a meaningful part of who my clients are, not a footnote to it.

I Specialise in
Existential & Logotherapy (Viktor Frankl)
Existential Therapy and Logotherapy, developed by Dr. Viktor E. Frankl, help individuals explore life’s deeper questions of meaning, purpose, freedom, responsibility, and identity. Rather than avoiding uncertainty or suffering, this approach encourages you to discover personal meaning even in life’s most difficult experiences. Therapy focuses on understanding your values, making authentic choices, and developing resilience in the face of challenges. It is particularly beneficial for people experiencing existential anxiety, grief, life transitions, burnout, identity struggles, or a sense of emptiness. The goal is to help you live a more purposeful, meaningful, and fulfilling life.
School Counselling & Student Wellbeing
School Counselling focuses on supporting students’ emotional, social, academic, and personal development in a safe and supportive environment. I work with children, adolescents, parents, and educators to address concerns such as academic stress, exam anxiety, bullying, emotional regulation, self-esteem, behavioural challenges, peer relationships, career uncertainty, and life transitions. The goal is to help students thrive academically, build meaningful relationships, develop confidence, and achieve overall psychological wellbeing both inside and outside the classroom.
Organisational Development & Group Facilitation
I work with nonprofits, educational institutions, and purpose-driven teams to strengthen organisational culture, team cohesion, and leadership capacity. Using structured facilitation methods, I design and lead group processes that help teams clarify values, navigate change, and build shared purpose. My approach draws on behavioural science and humanistic principles — creating spaces where honest reflection and collective growth can happen. I have particular experience working with social sector organisations on facilitator development, compassion fatigue, and building psychologically safe team environments.
